Notes from the Corner, No. 28-30

And when I think I will
but don't
the silence emphasizes
that this was never
what I wanted

ice cubed
aesthetic
wandering lonely
like a clown
half dressed

in the end
the love you take
was all yours anyway
although you had me
wondering

sad and thoughtful
love the way you've put this together
and
wandering lonely like a clown made me smile at the ironic wordsworth
(thanks for your kind words on the nasra blog)
cheers

Hi Steve,

Your poetry is wonderful and has me thinking about them long after I have read them.

Best wishes
