aurora - I was very struck by watching them (yesterday morning). She was very loved and showed lots of courage during a short 3 month battle.
i find the goodbyes never get easier, really. i feel so sad for these two young souls and hope they have a strong arm to lean on and plenty of love to help a tiny bit.
cape - thank you for those thoughts - i'm hoping to have some time with one of the boys at least, he plays a kind of woodwind instrument and we may have a chance to play together coming up.
