Featherless

(clipped version)

sometimes
when no one is looking
I reach to the sky
and say 'here it is!'
among other things

a skyward reach
is quite common
among
featherless
bipeds

vaughn - thanks - I think Plato started that one? and had to add 'with broad nails' to distinguish from a plucked chicken
:)

floots - life is too short to lose flight time to worry...time to go for a flight on the fiddle!

I love the context this puts us in: conversant with clouds (or cloudless sky) and although not flightless, featherless.
